HUBUNGAN DAYA LEDAK OTOT TUNGKAI TERHADAP AKURASI SMASH CLUB BOLA VOLI PUTRA GENERASI SEMPAYA INPRES (GSI) SELATPANJANG

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hubungan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai terhadap Akurasi Smash Club Bola Voli GSI Selatpanjang. Pada atlet daya ledak otot tungkai belum menunjukkan hasil yang maksimal sehingga sering gagal dalam melakukan smash dengan keras dan tepat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap akurasi  smash, populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh club GSI Selatpanjang. Sampel yang diambil 14 orang putra. Instrument daya ledak otot tungkai menggunakan tes vertical jump dan akurasi smash dengan tes akurasi smash, kemudian data diolah dengan statistik, untuk uji normalitas dengan uji lilifors pada taraf signifikan 0,05, hipotesis yang diajukan adalah hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai depan akurasi smash  dalam bola voli. Berdasarkan hasil olahan data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa daya ledak otot tungkai terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan akurasi smash dalam bola voli, dimana diperoleh t_hitung 2,575, t_tabel 1,782, jadi t_hitung> t_tabel akibatnya H₀ di tolak dan H_a diterima. Dan dari hasil perhitungan korelasi product moment antara daya ledak otot tungkai (X) dengan akurasi smash (Y) diperoleh r_hitung 0,596 dan r_tabel 0,532. Jadi apabila r_hitung> r_tabel  akibatnya H₀ ditolak dan H_a diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk sumbangan variabel X dengan variabel Y diperoleh nilai r = 0,596, maka sumbangan dari variabel daya ledak otot tungkai (X) terhadap variabel akurasi smash (Y) dikategorikan agak rendah. Dari hasil perhitungan diatas, maka data tersebut dinyatakan normal dengan menggunakan uji lilifors pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai (X) dengan memperoleh L_hitung 0,1337 dan variabel akurasi smash (Y) diperoleh L_tabel 0,227. Jadi, apabila L_hitung < L_tabel maka data tersebut dinyatakan normal.

Abstract

This research is based on the relationship of explosive muscle limb power to accuracy of smash club volleyball GSI Selatpanjang. At atlet power muscle limb muscles have not shown maximum results so often fail in smashing hard and precise.This type of research is correlational explosive power  of leg muscle to smash accuracy. The population in the study was the entire club GSI Selatpanjang. Samples taken by 14 sons. An instrument of explosive muscle limb use a vertical jump test and smash accuracy with smash accuracy. Thent the data is processed with statistic. For the normality test by lilifors test at a significance level of 0,05, the proposed hypothesis in the relationship of explosive muscle limb power with smash accuracy in volleyball. Besed on data processed results, it can be concluded the explosive muscle limb power is a significant relationship with smash accuracy in volleyball. Where it is obtainet t_count  2,575, t_table 1,782. So t_count > t_table consequently H₀ rejected and  H_a accepted. An from result of calculation of product moment correlation of explosion muscle limb (X) with smash accuracy (Y) obtained r_count  0,596, r_table 0,532. So if r_count > r_table consequently H₀ rejected and  H_a accepted. It can be concluded the for the contribution of variable (X) with variable (Y) obtaind value r = 0,596 then the contribution of explosive variable of leg muscle (X) to variable of smash (Y) accuracy is categorized father low. From the above calculation, then the data is declared normal by using the lilifors test on the explosive variable of leg muscle (X) by obtaining L_count 0,1337 and the smash accuracy variable (Y) obtainet L_table 0,227. So if L_count < L_table then the data is declared normal.
